Upon my arrival in anacortes with my family i needed help with my cell phone and needed to stop somewhere. I usually try and stick to the same cell store to ensure the best customer service for myself, but Matthew definitely got my respect and deserves recognition, he treated me just like i was one of his regulars (disregarding his- not so kind co worker). If he didn't intervene countless amount of times to micro manage Matthew, who seemed to know the in and outs like the back of his hand.. I would’ve been in and out within 5 minutes! So kind so knowledgeable and so helpful. Thank you!! 5 stars!
