This company did a very good job installing my new membrane roof. They were on time, fast and efficient during the installation and did a good job of cleaning up my yard. There was a cosmetic issue on one side of my home along the drip edge and I simply held back a portion of the balance due and they returned, without any problem, and completed the job to my satisfaction. The sales staff, the 3 man crew that completed the entire roof in a day and the office staff were all easy to deal with and most accommodating. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable cost.

I told the agent I needed to schedule the window at 12 but they scheduled it as a 12 to 2 and assure me tech could arrive to the begging on the window. I call at 12:20 to find out my tech won't be able make it before I have to leave at 1pm. I would have preferred to been called and offered a different date if they couldn't meet the 12pm.

The crew was on time and professional. They finished our roof in one day and cleaned up after they were done. When they left you couldn’t even tell they had been working there - other than the beautiful new roof we now have. The office staff was very easy to work with also. Always friendly and professional.

These guys were so polite and they worked so efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves. My only complaint which has really nothing to do with them was the wait time. I had to wait 10 weeks and then there was a slight mess up with the permit but the roof is beautiful and is comes with a lifetime guarantee and it's anchored against hurricanes who doesn't want that in a roof?
