I’ve worked at the facility for almost 4yrs & I’m happy with the facility. Like all facilities… there are ups & downs, staffing shortages, housekeeping issues, & disagreements with how the good tastes, however, the PT/OT/SLP are great. Everyone is very professional & available for any questions ot concerns. If they/we don’t know an answer, we will find it. The whole facility works to build each other up; not knocked each other down. We, as a whole, attempt to make everyone’s stay comfortable & enjoyable.

I work for a non-profit called Food for Good Thought and within the company is our transition program called Everybody Works. The transition program allows students with autism and other developmental disabilities gain meaningful work experience out in the community. Altercare worked diligently to bring two of our students on board for an amazing internship and even hired on one of our students permanently! It was evident while we were there, that those working at this facility work hard to ensure their residents and patients are treated with the utmost dignity and respect. We appreciate Altercare working with us and have nothing but wonderful things to say about them.

Finding a safe, clean, and comfortable place for my grandmother was starting to become a struggle especially in the wake of covid-19. However, when we found Altercare, may family and I felt a wave of relief wash over us. We felt welcomed from our initial Inquiry all the way through my grand mother arriving for her treatments. Most important of all was the attention and care given to HER. I feel at ease knowing she is getting everything and more she could need to improve condition.

This is a great facility.. I've worked for the company for 6.5 years . Everyone there is super nice and helpful.. I started with the company in housekeeping and continued to work my way up to a department leader.
