Worst Burger King in Central Ohio. Its obvious nobody cares here at this location. If you don't believe me try it out for yourself this place and everyone who works here are a joke. It's no wonder all the Burger Kings in Central Ohio have been shutting down. This location is an absolute embarrassment to the Community of Canal Winchester. I can not believe Corporate has let the poor service of this restaurant go as long as it has. They got my order wrong 4 times in a row and I said just give me a refund $41.76 since I ordered for four people in my car at the time including myself on JULY 21st at 7:05 PM. I handed her the food back then she said you don't deserve your money back and slammed the drive thru window in my face. So now here it is September 12th and still waiting for a refund. I have Corporate Office involved and the Police. I will file a lawsuit if I am not refunded. I will laugh when this place closes and they are out of a job. He who laughs last laughs loudest. Customer beware you've been warned.

I will no longer be doing any business with any locations ever again! Every time I go to groveport or canal Winchester locations everyone declines to take my order! Very unprofessional and rude! These locations to need to be shut down. I am reporting to the better Business bureau

Update: Aug 29 at 2:30pm I watched FOUR vehicles sit and wait so long at the drive thru they gave up and drove away, which finally allowed me to do so (inwas blocked in from behind) after 15 minutes of ZERO response from anyone inside. This place is an absolute joke. Will not visit again until I see these google reviews improve. It's now trash. Both of the last 2 visits they left items out of my order. Visited 4 times since reopened after remodel/renovation. 2/4 times i could barely understand garbled soft talking from the speaking and when I asked for clarification, I got attitude in response. It's 2021, get a working speaker or teach your employees how to enunciate. Also, they do NOT have any milkshakes. They told me every time "we don't have that right now" over multiple months of summer, that means you just don't offer it anymore, don't pretend its the machine's fault. Lastly, the new menu mega-screen shows ads 90% of the time, so you don't get to actually see the full menu, you're just supposed to already know everything they offer.
