I truly enjoy my experiences at this location. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful. I choose to come solely to this location because of the extremely friendly service they provide. several employees have gone over and above to help me. I want to say thank you to all of them. Alexis has been Super Amazing, Love her wonderful personality !!! Mason, Charles,Lindsey,Jessica. & John have all been wonderful They deserve recognition !!!

I don't leave reviews unless service / experience is stellar or totally unsatisfactory. Today both delivery employees, Zachary G and Andrew A, went above and beyond to provide a resolution for the error of items within my order. It is a frequent occurrence that I experience errors and miscommunication on online, on the phone and at the door during delivery. Typical in my experience, the delivery rep will say he/she doesn't have the power to resolve the issue. So I will have to either pay more or loose the whole order, which is a major issue when they are already out of stock for some items. However, today was a pleasant surprise as the delivery reps were empathetic with a pleasant demeanor and a cheerful attitude. The rep offered to assist my by driving all the way back to the local store, during heavy rain, to have the order repackaged and did actually return expeditiously to complete the delivery when he did not have to. I am more than grateful for this type of customer service at Trulieve today. Thanks so much!! :)

Always a pleasure coming to this location. All of the employees are always so bubbly & inviting all while still maintaining professionalism. They are also very knowledgeable of all of the products & never seem inconvenienced by questions. Never once have I had a problem with my pick up order. I've been a walk-in a few times and I was in and out within 15-20 mins. Highly recommend this location! 😁

The building has been there with a "coming soon" sign since October '19. So weighed against the existence of time, it prob will be sooner than later

I am going to have to say that in my opinion the favoritism is a product of certain employees acting on their own and according to the mission statement of Harvest Hoc, it does not Condone behavior as this nor does it actively participate in this type of conduct. If there is an issue I would call or write their corporate headquarters or speak to general manager. More times then not if this is happening a manager on duty is aware of it and will not be of any assistance. Hope this helps.
It just required that you wear a mask when entering Harvest. The first step is for you to check in and inform the receptionist if you are there for a pickup that was previously ordered online or if you are simply walking in. During peak times when there are a number of patients at this dispensary, You may be asked to wait outside momentarily as they like to keep the capacity levels in a safe range. It is obvious that they care about your health and safety at Harvest. The place is super clean and they have a way of doing things that make sure everyone's experience is the way as it should be.
They do have flower. Good flower at that. They are so nice and helpfull.

They have a medical place right in front where you can get Omega 8 THC. I'm not sure if Florida is reciprocal...but if our governor has anything to do with it than a definite no.
