Server did not acknowledge us until about 10 min. Just excused it with "we are backed up". Note there are only 4 tables occupied on this servers side. We ordered food but never got asked for drinks. When we told her we want to just take the food, she goes back in the kitchen and argues. Horrible experience with customer service. I didn't even tried the food yet and feel like walking out

I haven’t had this bad of service in a while. To begin, when walked the restaurant was almost completely empty and the hostess wasn’t sure what time they closed. Secondly, our order was taken by the bus boy who wasn’t sure what was in the drinks as he was taking our order to help out. After 15min of no service, I got up to and told our party of 6 to go as we were not getting service. The lady who was standing 3 feet from us informed us she was our waiter she was just on break… How are we supposed to know that? Unfortunately the service continued to go down from there. First, we ordered a burger and requested that it be well done but it came out pink after we specifically asked for it to be well done, the fries were hard the ribs were extremely dry. Once we try to make our waiter aware of the issues that we were having at the table, she started walking off and signal someone else with her hands to come and help. Unfortunately we were not able to get her name since she did not introduce Or greet us when she came to the table. Thankfully Jessica the manager on duty satisfactorily addressed our issues with the food and service. Our hope is that this will help with training future staff and that our experience is better the next time we visit the Kissimmee area.

Only one of the waitsatff was on point. The rest were just lost in a total daze. Not very attentive after we got our food and I had to send mine back as I requested medium well and not medium rare. Floor manager did little on making sure the front of the house was taken care of. The back of the house manager seemed to do more than the front of the house manager, but still needs to address his cooks on preparing food better. I observed several dishes being sent back due to mistakes. I'm still questioning the 3 stars at this moment. I believe some proper training needs to be given to this establishment.

Boy, if I could cuss.... I WOULD CUSS right now! The service was terrible and the food was HORRIBLE! And I am being kind. The service can be explained through the fact that our server was new. She tried. I have to give her credit. But the food was HORROR-BLE and took a long time to come out. What is sad is that I ordered Chicken Strips. How do you mess up chicken strips? You deepfry them until they shrink and get really hard. I sent them back asking for them a new batch not fried hard or extra crispy. I will be dog gone if they did not look like the same tenders on a different plate. We spoke with the Manager to make him aware, but he did not receive what we shared.The picture says it all. And then we find out that the Manager was back there cooking. OH MY! Either way, if you visit here and you have instructions for your food, please put a post-a-note on your order. And maybe order something different than the Chicken Tenders. And maybe ask if the Manager as cooking today. We will not go back.

It's worth the visit we were on vacation from England and had the steak n ribs in Jack Daniels marinated sauce... wow. Service was great as well.
