Install done on June 10 2022. Started off as 5 stars because the work was fast and friendly. However, they had to cut into my drywall to install new ac unit and didn't have a new wall cover. One month later I still have a huge hole in my wall. UPDATE: Called yet again about 2 weeks ago. Once again they said someone will call me back. A week later someone ACTUALLY DID call me back, only to tell me someone else will call me back. $13,000 and this is what you get.

Javier and Jaime were excellent- very professional, easy to talk with and understand, as well as great communication. They helped me resolve my homes ac issues within 24 hours of my initial call into Frank Gay! Couldn’t be happier with my technicians, installation and quality of units, although the pricing still seems insanely high. Would have been much happier spending under $10K, but you get what you pay for! Thank you Javier, Jaime and Frank Gay for all your hard work and professionalism!

Jesse was prompt, professional, and did a quality job repairing a leaking water pipe in my wall, caused by a nail puncture. Called on Saturday at 11:30 am and Arrived within 1 hour of initial call and job was completed in less than an hour. Made sure water was back on, working properly with no leaks, and cleaned work area. Very happy I called Frank Gay and Jesse was a God-send today. Thank you for quality work at a reasonable price on the weekend. Would highly recommend and Will definitely use again.

Please get multiple quotes before you use them. They bring new meaning to highway robbery. Found out they are know owned by a large entity and they operate like one. They shove the Family Plan down your throat so you will "save" money. Then charge criminal prices. For instance, $350 for a tank rebuild. Yup, those plastic parts you buy from Home Dept for under $20. Then come back out the next week and say "sorry that didn't work, you need a new toilet." $700 for a new toilet and and install. I actually thought that was high, but fair. I call to get my $350 back for the tank rebuild and they said, "we took that off of your bill, normal price for the toilet and install would have been $1,030." Are you kidding me? I don't think I've ever written a bad review in my life, but if I can protect others from getting taken advantage, it's worth the 10 minutes to submit. Very, very disappointed. Go with a locally owned plumber for sure.
