My grandma barely ever used the AC unit. I on the other hand keep my AC at 68/F in Orlando, FL. This unit is 4 years past its warranty which I used twice and included parts and labor. Once the blower was replaced, and capacitor. The 2nd warranty replacement was a LOT more expensive but fully covered (except the Sunday call fee and I gladly paid it). They replaced the Blower again, capacitor, a board, coil, and the freon stuff. The tech was there for a while. Both times they drained the line. Since then no AC issues. I call them yearly regularly just for maintenance. They used to always have it at 99. Now its 169.00 sadly. But because I work from home, its a must have. I just gotta keep an eye out on their promos if they have any. All techs for me have been wonderful.

As per my experience with my AC Service appointment today (Labor fee for first hour= $109 ): Pros: Excellent Customer service (Phone), Knowledgeable and well experienced Technician, Same day Appointment, Excellent diagnosis and Service, Performed thorough checking of the System after replacing the damaged part, Got a text from the company that the technician is on the way (possibly after his previous appointment), Reached on time within the promised time window. Con(s): Overcharged replacement part (Charged me more than $250 for a capacitor which actually costs like $25 to $50). Feedback: The labor charge is fine but the cost of the part can be sold at a lesser price so that all customers would use Rinaldi's service(s) happily :)

My A/C had stopped working, our thermostat was completely off. I had my son call, Tim, the service manager. They talked on the phone 3 months ago with an issue, and last night when my son called, Tim came to the rescue again! He had one of his tech come out to the house within 30mins. Before that, my son was calling all the A./C companies in town, not one was willing to come out to repair our system. Thanks Tim! His tech found that our drain line was clogged and was back flowing to a sensor which triggers system shut down. After the drain line was cleared, we had A/C back again! Thank you Tim and your team for going above and beyond the call of duty. Your company came thru where the others did not!

The office staff at Rinaldis Energy Solutions is awesome. Nikki, Dori, Joanne and Christina are courteous, attentive to my needs and respond to any services I need in a prompt manner and in a friendly way. For AC systems Mario U is the best- thorough and explains everything he is doing in an easy manner and very friendly and really is a great tech For Plumbing Gabriel is friendly and did a great job on my kitchen sink plumbing ( no leaks and clean) For electrical Alberto is awesome. Friendly very thorough and very neat. Goes above and beyond Overall this company is all I need and use for plumbing, AC and electrical
