I’d love to give it zero stars because that would still be too generous. Service, condition of the hotel, amenities all were terrible even for a budget hotel. The room was in disrepair. Had to wait at door for someone to let us in when we arrived for check-in at 11:30 pm. Then told to park and enter another door that is closer to our room. It was locked and we had to eat again to be let in even though we had checked in. No soap and towels in the room. A/C didn’t work. Finally noticed it wasn’t plugged in. Not really prepared for guests. It gets one star because the breakfast is good.

NOT AT ALL A SAFE PLACE FOR FAMILIES!. If you want to stay as a family of 5 you will only receive 2 towels for your whole 2 night stay, for $220 1 king bed room, and when you ask for more the owner will yell at you and demand to look into your room. The owner shoved his way in once I opened my door to then walk in on my NAKED husband and children getting dressed!. I personally will be filling a lawsuit!. The breakfast was AWFUL eggs were microwaved and oatmeal was a watery soup!. The housekeepers act like they don’t speak English then once you speak Spanish they get all eye raised and say no no no no. The ice machine NEVER worked on the first floor!. There was never any towels to be used after the pool. The only water available in the lobby had grapes floating in them WHICH WE ARE ALLERGIC TOO!. The bathmat in the shower was nasty definitely never moved. There was scrabbling all over the walls by the phone nasty green boogers smushed on the wall by the window, not to mention my husband had to kill a huge BROWN RECLUSE on the wall next to the bed I noticed as I was getting my nighttime clothes!. The water in the gym never had a water jug in it so no water once you finished working out unless you bought some. Our family and friends will NEVER stay at another comfort suites!.

First check your mattresses seems to ensure your not in the bed bugs rooms. Starting with breakfast, the food was disgusting and didn't have proper preparation. The sausage and flat boiled eggs was difficult to digest. The oatmeal was like soup, no clear instructions for making waffles for new travelers. I think it would be better if they used toaster waffles. More cost efficient and cleaner. For me I think what made this trip worse was the bed bugs found in one of our 3 rooms and a dried on liquid substance on the headboard that could've been bodily fluids. The staff was unwilling to help resolve anything the first night, we requested additional bedding and towels to make the 8 to one room work but the staff refused to assist. We were told there were no extra pillows, and no extra towel sets until the morning shift came on and was able to provide some assistance. People from the nearby trailer park break into the swimming area leaving the water filthy with a high salt content. We were told chlorine was used but the PH level was unacceptable. In one of the rooms we further observed caked up dirt in the door-jam's as if they've never been clean. The bath mat in the tub was filthy and was not picked up and sanitized when cleaning the tub. After making bath water I noticed long strands of hair coming up from being stuck under the mat. It was so disgusting. Our 3 rooms for 3 days while my family supported my hospital procedures etc was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever endured. Even the evening staff seemed contentious at first and were very careless handling our complaints. One night, we had 8 people to a room because of the bedbugs. It was quite shocking. Even after informing the front desk, they continued to rent the room to others too tired to check. I used to love comfort inn and suites but this experience was not the bees knees!

This was a Awesome experience. My Husband did our Anniversary the day before valentines day and we stayed in one of the hot tub rooms. The bathroom was huge. At first i was worried because the hotel was in a bad neighbor hood but hands down i really enjoyed myself. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly. The pool was closed , thank god i had the hot tub but hey, I'd do it all over again
