I recently purchased an electric pedal assist bike here and I would highly recommend purchasing any bike through them. I really wanted to shop local and not just get something online, I know I made the right choice. They are so helpful and they want to make sure they find the right bike for you. I really enjoyed the relaxed and friendly environment without any pressure to buy. I was able to test a few different ebikes and decided on a Trek Verve 2+. I had a few things go wrong with the mechanics and they were able to fix the bike and get me back on the road.

Everything about this store is excellent. Leila is an amazing manager, she accommodates customers to a whole new level. I have been buying here since 1986 when I was a teenager. We recently purchased a bike but had to exchange for a smaller size, she did no questions asked. Best bike shop in Western MA. Plus we got an excellent trade value for our bike on an upgrade!!

These folks are basically awesome. I had a bent rim with a broken spoke, and went in with questions about sizing spokes and asking about obtaining the required tools to repair it. Since I was riding it, I happened to have the bike with me, and after explaining it a bit, he also explained the cost of the repair. The repair price was way more than fair, and to my amazement, they made the repair, right then and there, on a busy weekend. If your looking for a bike shop, they have fabulous service, they’re actually open at decent times, and their pricing is great, so I can’t say enough good things about them. I wish every business had this level of service, and professionalism.

Purchased two E bikes in August, good selection of bikes, not good service, had to finish sales with another associate , was not impressed, spent over $5,000.00 on nice bikes. Now, 500 miles on bikes one needs first tuneup, was supposed to be free, NOT! was told minor adjustment ok,but anything more not feee. I feel first tuneup should include complete service including wheel tweaks, chain service, cables adjusted, and all lubricant The one time I visited store for a spare master link, I was given an attitude and not sure why, I think he thought I was someone else, still no reason for the attitude. Won’t be back....not even for AIR!

Hi Trixie, We have a few in stock in those smaller sizes! Please give the shop a call or just swing on in at your convenience. Have a wonderful weekend.
Very strict policies. Wait outside until you are called in. Mask requirements. Distance etc.
I just spoke to one of the managers. They will pack your bike. You will need to arrange the shipping through bikeflights.com and give them the label. They will apply the label and deliver the package to the local UPS pickup.
You would have to call them and find out but I believe they are not equiped to do that. They do sell electric bicycles.
If they do not have one in stock they will be able to order one for you.
Sorry, we do not rent or stock them.
Average service makes up 4 cost.
Yes we have a Trek T900 tandem. It works best for someone over 5'6" riding in front and under 5'6" in back. Please call or check our website to make sure it is available they day you want it. We only have the one tandem.
