I was disappointed that I was told that I should mail my bike back to get it fixed when I happen to be riding around the area and my chain became loose on my ebike. I had two employees look at the bike and neither could help. Thank goodness for the REI across the river that was able to fix my bike and give it back the next day .

You won't find genuinely trustworthy knowledgeable bike people like these folks anywhere. I ran over for a new pair of tires today and they had just what I needed. And the shopping was fun. Like a candy store.

Jim just built heavy duty wheels for us because we destroy normal wheels. Only in the 250 range but really hard on bikes. So far they are great, not cheap but great.
Jim and Ted are 100% customer oriented. They can get or make you exactly what you need. They are very fair on price and provide you the options that fit your budget. NO high pressure, just expert friendly service.
