Took awhile to get taken care of because the number of people but once they get to you the guys will work with you step by step to help you rebuild a bike for yourself. Best part is, if something goes wrong, you can bring the bike back and they will let you use their tools and parts for free.

We just moved to the area and became aware of this wonderful organization through a local Facebook group. Truly beyond grateful for being set up with a bike. Greg helped me with mine and explained things in a way I could understand and remember. Can’t thank you all enough. This place is a true asset to the community.

Took my bicycle in today 9/14/21 and one of their volunteers went above and beyond to help me out. He did a great job. I wish I can remember his name but he had long curly hair and very friendly personality. Thank you very much for your help today. The other volunteer helped by keeping my children occupied so we can concentrate on fixing the bike. Very nice and friendly people there.
