Every time I come here they literally for some reason refuse to take my money from me. Blows my mind. Absolutely horrible customer service and a garbage store. Never ever again will I come into this store or mall.

Nowadays I only come here for rolling papers. I’m an avid CBD buyer and in the past bought from them but nowadays the CBD I want from them such as Green Roads is always expired bottles everytime! It’s bad enough they overprice their CBD compared to what I’ve shown them online as the actual market price but when I call them out on expired CBD they give me such rude, arrogant attitude! It’s the young punks working there that made me never want to come back again if they are going to handle sales that way. I miss the old management here, the previous staff were heaping times better to deal with. My wife and I came in to buy hemp drinks and they were all expired on the rack since early September and I explained to them that’s bad for business, they are ultimately losing sales over stale products and they said “good to know!” with such arrogance, they could careless!! I will never shop here again for CBD, it’s always a hassle to negotiate with them to chisel down the price of expired products and they overprice it.

This store has everything, so many great trinkets and an entire smokeshop section to rival any other retail smoke shop in the area with all the glass art and accessories you will ever need. So many beautiful oriental items in the front of the store, this is the perfect shop to get a lot of cool christmas gifts at or any kind of gift

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of great variety including plants, minerals, knives, vape products, CBD products, custom lighters, and more. One of my favorite stores in the Solomon Pond Mall.
