This was a clean room, a comfortable room, and a quite room. With them also allowing small dogs, it was the best hotel on our cross country trip. I’d stay here again, without a doubt. You’d be hard pressed to find anything negative to say about this location.

Nice place. Rooms were clean. The young lady at the front desk was super nice. I think she told us a fib though, there was no way she was 80 years old. 😉

I was there Saturday June 11 until June 13 I have been there this past week with my girlfriend. I am very unhappy with a issue. Why are guest treated differently than staff I am saying this when I checked a older lady did it who has a cane. She claimed she smelled smoke that this was a non smoking facility and there is a fee if caught I stated I don't smoke same as my girlfriend she said she smelled it. I asked for someone in management she said she runs the hotel when I asked her name and job title she refused to give it to me. This same lady I seen vaping in what look to be a office when I walked by a gentleman with a walkie. Later that evening I needed a key I called hello she came from the back asking me if I smoked again and when I stated she was smoking and why she can versus myself she said I'm in charge. I say this cause her mom came by she smokes so how is a staff can smoke but a paying guest or there family can't and why am I being denied management when asked on this? I stay with Hilton on business trips or even personal this made me not want to anymore. I will not be using this or any hotel through Hilton I don't understand how staff are different than guest and we pay and I never met such a manger or someone in charge so mean when addressing a legit issue. I will never use this hotel again staff are horrible

I was the fifth person in a row to check in after driving a long way, waiting for a 1/2 hr +. Front desk person was very good under pressure, pleasant from start to finish and kept reassuring me that she had a room. We had a great breakfast to begin, but noticed the front desk area seemed to be a hangout. The person who checked us out was not nearly as pleasant as the older woman during check in.

Questions & Answers

Why do you have more rooms than parking spaces? What are you supposed to do when you arrive late, towing a 12' trailer??? AND, there is no parking on the street!!!

Do you guys except pets I did check the web site and it did not say anything on it. I know other Hampton inns do accept pets.
