Almost always late on my over night deliveries. Nothing but lies and incompetence if your Amazon order goes through this place. Very poor and unprofessional shipping center. No more Amazon for me.

I know almost all the guys and girls who check drivers in but there is one guy who won’t let you check in before one hour to pick or drop an empty trailer. The yard is full of empty trailer but he won’t let you take one few hours early. Every other Amazon warehouse let’s you. All the other employees in this facility will let you take one few hours early. I don’t understand his reasons.

I am a driver and this is a good facility, not the best one, but a pretty good one. For those complaining about drivers, please note that most drivers out of this location don't work for Amazon, they are outside carriers who they contact with. I agree that many drivers need more training in general. Especially the strait truck drivers who around here seem overly aggressive. Amazons system puts a bit of unnecessary time pressure on carriers so that could be a contributing factor.
