This Taco Bell is probably the worst I’ve ever been to. My taco is two straws wide. I’m actually surprised they didn’t just say they were out of beef that’s usually what they say here.. I wouldn’t go there. Also to the rude hood rat with the green hair I think you should find a new job your customer service cussing and attitude suggests you don’t wanna be there. Do us all a favor and find a new job.

Employees were too busy telling each other stories and giving each other a hard time to actually take care of customers. I heard one young female (certainly cannot call her a lady) say the 'F' word three times while I was waiting to be noticed at the front counter to pay cash for my order. Took two more visits to get a fork to eat my chicken bowl. The tables in the dining room didn't appear to have been washed in a while either. All in all, a disappointing experience.

The girl with tattoos who was working the drive-thru on the night of 5/21/22 (around 10:15pm) is a BOSS. They say some heroes don’t wear capes… she’s a hero. SO. MANY. HOT. SAUCES. Hands down our new favorite Taco Bell.

I’m gonna have to edit my last post of 1 stars to 5 stars. Dang, if y’all had more stars I’d give it. My last review was posted on November 29th. I’d posted a review of 1 stars after 4-5 bad experiences with the night staff. But a little over a month later, you guys really started to win me over big time. My girlfriend and I work late, so we come up there late. Usually around 10-11:30pm. We tip every time, unless our service is really bad. However, since this change in staff, our service has been impeccable every single time. We tip because we know we’re coming there late, and we know how that is. I just want to say, we are so grateful for the night staff that’s been up there working late, for the last month and a half. They treat us kindly even when we pull up late. Then when we show our gratitude through tip, they treat us better than most high end restaurants. You guys got a winning night staff, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their service! We definitely think they deserve a raise for their 5 star service! Thank you guys so much!

It's a marketing thing. If they sell really well nationwide they might keep them. But it's their way of keeping new items on the menu year round to avoid a stale menu selection.
