Don't ever go to this location again. I ordered medium fish niblers and I got a small friggin box which is the size of a slider. The same goes for my chicken rings. Poor customer service and shady as hell. I would rate negative infinity if possible. I'm also deleting the white castle app. No mote white castle for the rest of my life.

This restaurant is extremely dirty they're extremely slow took over 6 minutes for somebody to take our order because they were just staring at us and moving as slow as snails to do anything. Then we stood there for at least another 10 minutes why they made it in the slowest fashion possible. And then another customer walked in they jumped up to take her order I guess I must have been the wrong color. She had her food within a few minutes. I would have rated at 0 but it won't allow.

I like white castle food. I don't appreciate waiting in line forever to get it. They only seem to be able to handle one or maybe two orders at a time, and cannot even get that right. Every time I've been here, they get something wrong. Missing fries. Wrong Sandwich. Half filled beverage, etc. They also have huge turnover, which is a symptom of bad management. Two stars because I like white castle food. Zero stars for accuracy. As far as the homeless man goes - employees do try to get him to leave. He's very persistent though. I just tell him I don't have any cash.

I ordered a crave box, sack of fries and onion chips. There's a box with additional instructions on it. In that box I clearly stated EXTRA ONIONS. Food and delivery ended up being $44 and I didn't get what I paid for. How easy is it to fill my order properly? I will NEVER frequent the Zane location. The burgers were dry, tasteless and just plain awful. If it wasn't for my 3 Grand Bay Bays and how much I paid, I would have thrown them in the trash! Their burgers taste NOTHING like they should and evidently whomever made them just didn't give a damn.
