my friend was at your location, Sherry I believed she told me was the name of the person who was helping her, seems that she did not know how to handle the paperwork that she was trying to process and Sherry stand up to ask a supervisor, she left for more than 15 minutes without telling her to wait a little more time until she finds out what can be done about those papers, no, returned after 15 minutes ,I was texting with my friend all that time and told her I was going to say something even that she did not wanted to, but how you left a customer waiting there for so long just to go and ask a question? and to make it worst my friend had another transaction and they told her that there was not enough time to handle it because they were about to close, well, if you did not spend all that time talking to your coworkers just to ask a question and left customer for that long , certainly you would have had the time to help with the other transaction, l, management should put more attention to those details and focus more on training your crew, you are there to help, when you complain to a manager most likely agreed with you and said that they understand but don't do nothing about it, transaction 182918,
