The easiest, most convenient experience I have ever had regarding fixing a phone. Needed my battery replaced, had a 10am appointment, told me to come back around 12:30-1 to check status. When I arrived, was immediately handed the fixed phone and told an extended warranty covered it, so it was completely free. What a breeze. Staff was very friendly and helpful and clear with everything.
