Extremely rude customer service by a sales person. The sales person believes sarcasm is a way of selling products. On other hand, other men’s wearhouse in MA and Nashua, Nh has a great customer.

Very disappointed in the regional manager of Burlington MA men's warehouse. I have been buying my suits there for years. I was helped out by Alex fot fitted for a tux and suit for a wedding. Both of which were custom. It was also prom season so it was extr busy. I was the last customer to leave. Alexstayed until stay until the place was put back together. The next day I swung in to see if he really stayed. He dud and was there the next morning. Heard they let him go he should have been running the place. Shame on the fat cat pulling the strings. I just might have to introduce myself some day. When your a Walmart greeter

Absolutely horrible experience. Waited two hours to get measured for a rental tux about a month ago and was a nightmare. Went to pick up my rental and almost everything was the wrong size. Was told that they needed to order replacements and that they would be shipped in today as the wedding is tomorrow. Called today and was told they do not have the replacements. Worst experience I have ever had with any store period, not just a Men's Wearhouse.

Went in to get measured for a friend's wedding so I had a group number to help give details in what kinda suit I needed. It was somewhat busy at the time but I was able to quickly get help from an employee. Alex helped me out by taking my measurements, helping me try the right size jacket and pants, and finalizing everything. Alex was professional, polite, helpful, and attentive in helping me and gave useful detailed information when answering questions I had.
