I cannot say enough good things about this store location and it's staff! Especially Brian!! He was so helpful and a wiz at his job. I had literally been to several other phone repair stores before someone had referred me to this store and I am forever thankful they did. I was having a really rough morning, and when I got there, I had the pleasure to work with Brian on my broken phone. He put all my anxiety to rest! I couldn't believe how many other places I had been before coming here. If anything good happened to me today it was taking my business here and meeting Brian. You 1000% will not be disappointed with Brian or anyone else there. He was a Saint and SO patient with me and my broken phone while it was going haywire. The picture is of my damaged phone screen. I wasn't able to use the touch screen anymore, but he could! I was really impressed because I'm pretty good with navigating ways around computers and phones. He was able to restore all of my information from my old phone, including extremely important texts, phone calls and my contacts that every other store said could not be done. Where there is a will, there is a way. Brian had the "will" and the "know how" to fix my phones issue! I will ABSOLUTELY be back (knowing my luck with phones) lol and will be referring anyone that needs their phone/electronic device repaired to them. Thank you again so much. You have made a lifetime customer out of me!!

I dropped off my son’s Nintendo Switch almost a month ago and no one called me about it. When I stopped by the staff apologized for not contacting me within a reasonable time. It was unable to be repaired.

This place is very good and professional. I had stepped on my ipad and shattered the screen. I let a friend try to put a new screen on it themselves instead of taking it to a repair shop, and it did not turn out good. I took it to UbreakIfix and they fixed it up flawlessly. They also put in a new Touch ID home button free of charge! I am very satisfied with their work and I would definitely recommend!
