I initially gave them a one star, but after being here for over a year I will say that Mr. Price has tried his best to get things fixed. He is working with contractors who sometimes don't care. As for sakes go see Ned! He is great, personable and will help in every way possible. My initial complaint was their lack of communication and getting back to us. It's been a roller coaster ride this last year! Overall the house is well-built and like any other builder there are things out of the control of the builder himself. We will recommend Price Family Homes and especially Ned in Sales.

Will edit when everything is completed. Well here I am 6 months into living in my new home. There are things that were not done at all, things that were done incorrectly and things that were never completed. I've been promised it will be finished "soon". I spent and unnecessary $2000 because electrical wires were done incorrectly. Thankfully that was fixed but not until my money was spent. Again I will edit this review when everything is completed.
