Sent a message to my doctor through the portal left multiple messages with other nurses and all my messages were labeled as urgent and I still have yet to get a call back or a follow up. Truly annoyed please do not come here

This place is a joke. Please call to make an appointment, when you call they give you a website to go on, you go on the website to fill out a form, now they are telling you to call the clinic, when you call back now you have to leave a detailed messages but yet they never return calls so here I am waiting for two months to make one stupid appointment. Not to mention the stupid Patient portal does not even work I am so done.

Have been trying to make an appointment for the past 2 weeks no response or call back gave up on calling and tried to do it online but that was unsuccessful as well, terrible customer service they all answer the phone with an attitude and I say all because I’ve called multiple times trying to make 1 appointment and all they do is transfer you to a voicemail message.

Dr. Lin is a very good doctor and has managed my health. Support staff can be annoying but I’m there to see my doctor.
