No gas station in Belleville nj is a total rip-off. I have been going to bp for a while for oil changes and other repairs on my vehicle . I went there last month to get an oil change. When I went to pick up car they showed me the filters were really bad and needed to be changed. They were discussing. The guy said to me this hasn’t been changed fir a long time. But when I thought about it he s the same person that changed my oil every time I come here and your telling me he never checked my filters which is included in the oil change process. My mother when there to fix something on her Lexus. They told her it was 400 for the parts. When we went online the parts were a 100 each. When they showed her the parts that they took out it looked brand new, so she asked to keep it and they told her no and questioned why she wanted it. On top of all of that he charged her another 400 for labor. Bp you should be ashamed of your self. Most repair will charge more and take advantage of you if your a female. Women beware.

Had the worst experience today. I stopped by to fill up and gave the older man there my credit card. Needed a gallon of gas... told the attendant $3 regular. I didn't open my gas cap quick enough and he proceeded to angrily tap on the window yelling "Open gas cap" and then gave me 6x what I asked for. Looked at the receipt and it says $20. Listen to your customers and learn patience.
