I was looking for a good amount of Storage space because I was going on a trip out of the country, but wasn’t sure what the best size was to get. Luckily one of your employees named Richard really helped me out. His customer service was awesome and he was really attentive and paid very close attention to what I needed and found me the best storage unit. Excellent Excellent customer service!!! Christina was amazing, she was so much helpful. I met her a week before I actually rented the spot but since then I have been looking some other options. Christina offered me the best service and I went back to her to sign the contract. I got promotion with the help of Christina. She is awesome. I highly recommend this place as everybody is so nice .

The manager Rafael is a scam artist. I paid for 2 units and I only used one. He could have refunded me for the one I didn't use the day I paid for the 2 units but he said his manager had to approve it, the women that work for him lied and said I would see the refund on my account in 2 days but I never did. I called headquarters to complain and they couldn't even find my open account. Nobody should ever use their facility.

You can go 24-7. The entrance has a code lock which you will get the code for when you rent a locker.
