What a great gym! I joined based on the reviews online and after two months I really enjoy it. I have lost 9 pounds since joining. The App is intuitive and it is easy to sign up for classes & see your stats. The coaches are all superb, they are so encouraging and motivating. They will answer any questions and help you out. It is a very friendly environment, it feels like a community. The front desk staff are all really welcoming and friendly too, I don't know how they remember everyone's names. If you are a new joiner, do give it at least 5 sessions or a few weeks. I nearly quit after a couple of weeks because it was so different to CrossFit and I couldn't understand anything but Nadia convinced me not too. I am so happy I stayed, I now look forward to going. I'd also recommend going to classes at different times to see which ones you like as they can each have a different vibe. I like the weekday at 10AM, it is much more chill than the early morning ones and there is more space on the floor.

orangetheory has been the one workout routine that I have actually committed to and stuck to in my entire life. I have been able to make it a routine and have come out much healthier for it. I love that the app allows you to track actual stats and data so that you can SEE how your performance is I priced over time. I’m able to go at my own pace and get a tremendous workout, even if I’m slower than everyone else. They have numerous challenges and themed promotions to keep it interesting. The staff at Steelecreek is always friendly and positive and the coaches are enthusiastic and always supportive. I highly recommend to anyone who needs some structure and a good routine.

I’m pregnant. Can I still do the workout?

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

I have issues with (part of the body). Can I still do your workout?

Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.

Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.

Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
