It's a cool historical place. It's not fancy or flashy, so you have to understand what you're going into and the historical significance of it. If you do, you'll enjoy it. If not, you'll likely be underwhelmed. The beach is beautiful though so make sure to check that out after!

💚💚 This beach is amazing to enjoy the day with our dogs, bring an umbrella or a tent because you're gonna need it. The water is warm and clean, the people are so nice, some dogs wants to play others want to fight 🤣🤣 but nothing that we can't control it, everything was smooth. Clearwater and all Florida is not dog friendly , we have to drive 45 min to the dog beach to enjoy the day with them just a few places are dog friendly, especially the places to stay.

Our dog loved it. I’m sure she would give it 5 stars! I wish we were able to swim in the water but you can’t because of the currents and that’s the ONLY thing that I don’t like about this dog beach. 5 of us went and the others would like to swim while the dog has her time. The pier is under construction at the moment as well.

Fun time for the dogs! Nice dog was station for the end of the day too! We love to take our babies they are rescue dogs so it's hard sometimes with other dogs but they do fine for the most part.
