I would like to say what an amazing experience we had at Bert Smith Volkswagen. The Certified Client Advisor, Eon Mohamed came out and greeted us. He went over all the options on the different vehicles for us and pointed us to a vehicle that would be good for our needs. There was no pressure from him and the process was very pleasant. I would rate Eon a 10 out of 10. He has great customer service. From looking at the vehicles to the closing with the great finically advisor closing us out. We will by from Bert Smith Volkswagen in a heartbeat.

My wife and I contacted the dealership about a used vehicle they had on the lot. We spoke with Justin who confirmed the car was still on the lot. Since it was a 2+ hour drive for us, I asked for the best out the door price they could do and he gave me a call back within 10 minutes. I told him we wanted the vehicle and he put it on hold for us. When we got to the dealership, Justin introduced us to Jeremy Corbin and from there, everything just got better. Jeremy was the best salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He was honest and upfront about everything. When the deal was done, we walked out feeling great about the car and even better about the deal we got.
