Everyone at the sales and svc dept were wonderful. It was a trying time for me after having my car being hit by a driver running a red light and then my car deemed totaled. They made the very bad situation extremely better. Friendly, patient and very helpful

Great sales experience! Daniel Zengotita was our sales person, he was very helpful through the process. Lloyd Leonardo was great as well. They didn’t try to upsell us, or add anything we didn’t need. We signed and drove it off the lot in record time. We bought the 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport LE. The car was immaculate. Cleaned and detailed inside and out. Handled like a dream for the first drive home. Couldn’t be happier with the great sales team at Crown Mitsubishi.

ADDITIONAL UPDATE: 03.11.2022 I went to the dealership and met with Chris Jensen. Sometimes, things can be misconstrued in writing and I think that was definitely the case here. Chris and Lloyd both took care of us very well. Chris made sure that I understood all of technology needed to drive the vehicle and then some. He was absolutely fantastic! He even made sure that our first (FREE) service appointment was on the books before we left. Thank you both! I highly recommend Crown Mitsubishi for your car needs. :) ************************************************************************** I would like to update my review as I may have jumped the gun a little out of pure frustration based off of a previous experience with a Crown salesman that I didn’t really care for... Lloyd reached out to me (prior to even seeing my review) and made things right before he even knew something was wrong! His communication is excellent. He answered all of my questions and negotiated for hours on end to get me into an awesome car with the money I had for a down payment. On top of that, the monthly payments fit my budget! The icing on the cake is that I’ve heard really great things about this lender! Now, just to wait for the car to be ready. Super happy that I gave them another chance and patiently waiting for the call to come get my new card! Thank you Lloyd! ************** PREVIOUS REVIEW *************** This is the worst dealership that I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Not only is there a complete lack of communication, but they run your credit and don’t provide any updates. It has been over 24 hours since this dealership ran a hard inquiring on my credit. Furthermore, I reached out months ago asking about their Outlanders. The last one was sold as I was speaking with the car salesman and he told me he would let me know when more came in. He was also a little rude when discussion trading in my vehicle because I owe a few thousand more than the car is worth. MONTHS went by and I reached out again a few days ago. Low and behold, they are out of the outlander again but they would still run my credit and follow-up with me. This was 3 days ago, credit ran over 24 hours ago, and I have not heard a word from anyone. COMPLETELY unprofessional. You don’t run a potential customer’s credit and completely GHOST them. Highly disappointed.
