This isn’t even a real bus station . They only go to limited places and you have to call in a day before to request a bus. What if the day of, i found out i had a day off of work and i wanted to go to the mall. Oh wait, I COULDNT bc u have to call a day before. It’s so stupid, we need taxis . I struggle w transportation to my job bc they don’t go “that far” but it’s 14 mins away from where they’re located like what?? And the lady who answers the phone is unhelpful, she doesn’t even care, she shows no empathy. Just quit ur day-job, you’re no assistance. Oh & let’s not forget they’re unprofessional & LATE all the time. We have places to be. This is NOT public transportation .

The worst ever!!!!! I have made several complaints in the past about one of the drivers. Now they have changed the schedule with no warning or anything especially to the regular riders. Because of this I will be late for my appointment today. Your customers deserve better!!!!
