The pet adoption fair at this place is a disappointment. Cats are being kept in a small cage and there’s no proper space to interact with them. Also people who manage this event there is rude. One lady said to a customer in front of us that ‘stop staring at the kittens you are making them nervous’. I’m curious how you gonna decide adoption without interacting and spending time with them? If you consider adopting pets don’t waste your time here. Ill highly recommend human society in Milpitas and they host event in West San Jose Petco. Super friendly and nice people there. Everyone gets to interact with your prospect pets in separated room so much more recommended.

Great selection of food for dogs and cats. Unlike most chains, Pet Food Express carries a lot of really good brands, including imports from Canada. If you have a dog, you can use the self-service area to wash your dog (for a fee). All in all, lots of great products and helpful staff.

They seem to geniunely care for pets both big and small. My family arrived late and one of the workers there asked if we needed food and for what pet. My wife and I were amazed that this type of customer service still exists and that someone would go above and beyond for our leopard geckos! I'll definitely be back again soon! If only they'd stock up on more live reptile food..
