Beautiful place . Cherry festival is the best time to visit. History museum also there. Delaware park is around there.

If you want visit museum than idk about that..but enter to the park it's free..anytime it's open for public.

Usually till sundown but you do see people there at all hours 🤣. It's a very safe area too
