The doctor I saw was over an hour late for the appointment and it seemed like all she cared about was if I had covid or not. She didn’t ask about any of my symptoms. We went in worrying I might have bronchitis and they didn’t talk about anything but covid. They don’t care if you’re sick they just care you don’t have covid. Most useless appointment I’ve ever had.

Contrary to what others have posted, I have had a great experience with Cobleskill Basset Health Center. Dr. J. Bitran and her team has been so helpful to me and my health. I have had terrible doctors before and I can tell you she is not one of them. Their technological advances also makes life easier because I can ask questions and speak to my doctor without walking into the office. All my family members come here and we all appreciate the staff.

Doctors don't take responsibility for their mistakes. Gave my daughter the wrong vaccinations. After calling and asking to talk with the Doctor we were given the runaround and they blamed it on other doctors. All we wanted was an apology not excuses. Never going back, no respect. You cant trust them with a simple procedure I couldnt imagine. if it had been anything life threatening.
