Organic and natural is still better. These owners are really not concerned with anything more then fancy candies filled with artificial ingredients. The chocolate they source comes from a 3rd party seller that picks everything up from a chocolate SLAVE farm you can look information up. original chocolate house was in Bolton but moved. chocolate 100 years ago was more pure. It's time to pay up with your own lives. You should look at world events of disasters.

Has always been a staple for chocolate and other sweets. However the store is looking a little depressing. When you walk in you get the feel that they are barely hanging on. Got a slight feel like I was going to a funeral. With a little effort they could bring some life back into it. A penny candy counter would be a great idea. Seeing how as generations go there they can spark a feel of nostalgia with the older generation, as well as getting a new generation into it. It was an exciting adventure visiting a candy store, this is far from.

Good selection. I love that they had sugar free chocolates available. I had a delicious cappuccino chip ice cream and my husband had milky way. There are A couple dozen toppings to choose from if that's what fancy. The clearance section is to the back of the store, I wish I had know this all along there were since great deals back there but I had already paid before spotting it.

Call and schedule. They give you the price per person then too
Masks inside the building for guests and staff as well. Social distancing and one way arrows although on the weekend people were not great about those two.
I was there yesterday so they are definitely open. I'm not sure if the hours are different than they were due to covid.
They used to do tours of the candy making which is done on site downstairs
It's best to check on the availability of the ribbon candy. They don't always have it. Call first.
Yes. On Monday
No. Nuts are used on the property.
You can get a real serious ice cream with whatever you want on it for around $6.50

My grandfather Frederick E. Hebert, wife Adelaide, son Raymond W. Hebert and son Gerald Hebert bought the buildings and some surrounding land in 1947 from Tom St. Pierre's family who owned the St. Pierre Chain Company in Worcester. Son Raymond W. Hebert lived in the Mansion from 1948 to 1953 then moved to the farm east of the mansion which was owned by Bob Bonin who owned the Howard Johnson's that was nest door to Spag's. No Hebert's lived on Monroe Street. One of Thomas St. Pierre 3 sons did live nearby on Spruce. Perhaps other St. Pierre sons did.
Hi Mandi - We will be hosting a Halloween event. Please follow Hebert Candies on Facebook and we will be posting the info soon.
No
I would be scared of an Eater Bunny. Thankfully, just The Easter Bunny is there today.
Your best bet would be to call the candy mansion to find out
