People at the bank are great. The bank itself is awful. $36 over draft fees, .50 check deposit fees, $20 to accept an incoming wire, and the dreaded ATM fees... I don't understand this myself. But I would try again and keep Calling. Next time your in the Bank I would get a bankers card it will have a phone number on for that banker
After your loan is approved and booked, you can access the funds in your checking account immediately. Funds deposited to your account after 8 p.m. CT will be available for withdrawal, but will not post to your account until the next business day.
