I'm not quite sure why your hours are still shortened to just 4 PM. COVID protocol is over....It's April. People who have regular jobs are unable to physically walk in when you close at 4:00.

How are you supposed to conduct banking business if they won't let you in the door? Attempting to get a cashiers check and they won't let you do business with them, it is all online.
