They closed my account and still haven't sent me my money what a joke and none of them online or in store seem to have a clue what they are doing.

Utterly astounded at the audacity of the worker at the branch who felt that it was appropriate to walk up to me unsolicited and put her hand on me. I would rather pay a price and take my business elsewhere then to have somebody think for one second that that behavior was all right in any way shape or form.

Opened acct was asked a lot of unnecessary questions, probably for products I had no intention of applying for. Rep of bank, James Gage did not allow ample time between appts., I had to drive back after I left to get checks he FORGOT to put in folder. On top of that had wrong address for mail. Also rec'd 20 or so emails within 2 days. They SUCK. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Never enough help!!! Everytime I go to the 3rd street branch its wait, wait, wait!! Always 5 plus people in line for 1-2 cashiers while exec's in their suits sit at their desks avoiding customers. In my experience customer service overall- at the branch or on the phone is rather poor. On the phone there are multiple mixed answers to my questions, hard to find help that understand the basics of banking and customer care.
