I was told at the entrance they don't allow plain white shirts. I thought the bouncers were messing with me at first, but they then told me go to the gas station next door, and the cashier had a sharpie at the ready so I could draw something on the shirt to be let in. Genuinely the strangest interaction I have had at a bar in America. Drinks are overpriced as well.

Man, this seemed like such a cool little joint, but I couldn't get the bartender's attention to save my life... Taking shots with his friends was more important, I guess. This was midnight on a Sunday, so I kind of get it, but still, not cool. I walked out and left the bar.

Bouncer was super rude to my friend just because he was wearing a jersey with no sleeves. He asked once if the jersey was okay and the bouncer got extremely rude very fast and told us we couldn’t come back even though he agreed to put a regular shirt on. Not going back again if that bouncer is there!!

The Lionheart Pub and Brewery shutdown in early November in response to the Governor’s early closure mandates and the high infection rates in the area. We will reopen when all of our staff can get the vaccine and when the Governor relaxes the early closure mandates based on plummeting infection rates. When open we abide by all State regulations regarding COVID. We also placed plexiglass across the bar, input MPR 1900/MERV 13 HVAC filters, which can capture virus particles. We also placed UVC lights in our HVAC ductwork to kill any virus circulating in our air handler system.
Lucas, We are relatively dog friendly as long as you pet is well behaved around people and other pets, especially during happy hour. People love to bring pets and sit on our expanded patio when it opens in the Spring.
