Website stated if I ordered in next 1 hour, 7 minutes, and paid for overnight shipping, I would receive the parts by 8 pm next day. Not only did I not receive the parts when promised, they're website couldn't find the order, so I called Customer Service, only to be told they were closed (at 7 pm, when their website says they're open until 9 pm, and the person the phone said they really close at 5....) Go someplace more trustworthy, that wants your business.

my husband purchased a replacement refrigerator water filter here and the cost was $65. we checked on-line and at another local dealer and the cost of that EXACT water filter was over $20 less than they charged! When we called them, they said they know there is an issue with the price but they can't do anything about it. Buyer Beware!
