The "J" team was the most professional, hard working, enthusiastic crew we've worked with yet, and that says a lot since we've always had top-notch service from Stanley Steemer. They did a fantastic job on the carpets, tile and upholstery at a great price and stayed longer than expected to make sure we were completely satisfied. Really an impressive crew, and we will be using Stanley Steemer for all of our floor cleaning. They really are the best in the area.

The two guys who showed up were seriously awesome. Customer service was on point. They got all the stains outnof our aging carpet. Now we can squeeze another year or two before replacing with LVP flooring.

The guys (Charles & Jamal) were nice enough, however what was told to me over the phone was not the case when they came. 1) They were supposed to vacuum; they did not. If I had known that, I would have vacuumed prior to their arrival. 2) They were supposed to try up to 3 different pre-treat products. I saw only one. 3) I was told by the sales rep that there was no soap in the cleaner. Charles said that there was a small amount. I was hoping to see better results but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Charles said the high traffic areas will never get clean & that it was wear, not dirt. It sure looks like dirt to us.
