Castor and Maya did a superb job on my carpet, surpassing my expectations. It looks brand new, no easy feat considering we have two dogs that had many accidents on the carpet. They were quick, professional, and explained every step in the cleaning process. With the Zerorez guarantee that I can call them back if the carpet doesn't meet my standards after it fully dries, I feel completely comfortable using them. And my carpet doesn't have any nasty soap residue, so it feels as soft as when we first had it installed. Great product, great service and great personnel!

We used Zerorez to get our air ducts cleaned and sanitized. They were very responsive and scheduled our service in a timely manner. Castor was our technician and he was fantastic. He arrived on time, communicated the process and procedures to every step of the way, and was very courteous and clean. We don't have any dust left over to clean up. If you can request him, I would do it 100 times over! Job well done.

This pregnant woman is in tears. My boys are rough and absolutely destroyed my carpet. I had their rooms plus the hallway cleaned. The carpet had a strong urine smell ! Both rooms had stains and I told the technician hey I know those won’t come out. Not even an hour later my carpets look brand new! No odor no stains no nothing! I couldn’t help but cry!!! I would recommend this company and the technician TO EVERYONE. Amazing service and quality for price. I requested a monthly package and this honest young man said typically once a year professionally is enough! I will personally book a few years out and request the same tech! Good Morning Carol, Yes our technicians are usually good about finding cat urine odor in the carpet. Extracting cat urine from the carpet is additional cost to our normal room cleaning rates. Yes it dries much faster than standard carpet cleaning, we will not use anyone else..
They were scotch guarded before hand. Came out looking like new carpet. Have nothing bad to say about Zerorez
