I had a great experience buying new tires at Discount Tire. The online process of purchasing the tires and scheduling the appointment was very user friendly and easy. When I arrived at the store, Tyler met me as soon as I walked in and took great care of me all the way thru the process. Thanks Tyler for your great customer service. I wish other businesses ran as smoothly as this place does. I hope I don't need tires any time soon, but if/when I do, I will be going back to this place.

Go to another store and save your time! I came in before noon and left my car to have my car tires rotated, I had to Uber there and back to discover my car hadn’t been serviced since they couldn’t find the wheel lock key in the cup holder where I told him it was located. Then once I brought the key in and said here is the key nobody was able to find I then was told one of my tires were unserviceable. But no one told me that when I left the vehicle for nearly 5 hours and wasted two Uber charges. I’ll include the tire in question as well. Not that the tread lines at all. No there are not perfect new tires by any means but they still have enough life to be considered for a tire rotation considering when I don’t rotate enough then they deny my mileage warranty. If it isn’t one thing it’s another. Better service from the Mercedes’ dealership at this point

Honored their tires warranty when they failed early recently, and I would have given them a 5 star for it. But today doing a quick brake job on the wife's Honda Civic only to find they cross threaded almost all of the front lug nuts on the driver's side. Snapped and stripped all of them while removing. That is pure lazy, takes a couple of seconds to make sure they are lined up correctly. Had to buy all new bolts and all new lugs, plus lot's of extra work to make it happen.
