I booked my appointment online. That process couldn't have been easier. I received a confirmation email minutes after. Just over 5 minutes prior to my appointment time, Antolini called to notify me that my crew was in route. One minute before my appointment, the crew arrived. They both introduced themselves and were very polite and professional (Jacob and Mike) from Phoenix, Oregon. They came in, analyzed the job, and explained what they would be doing to clean and deodorize the carpet. After they completed the first room, they invited me to take a look. To say I was impressed, would be an understatement. We had just purchased our home and the prior owner had a cat(s). There were stains galore and the smell was unbearable. Every room with carpet had the same problem...stains and an unpleasant odor. Upon completion, they had me inspect everything to ensure I was completely satisfied. They moved the furniture and put our bed back together. We thought we'd have to replace the carpet (that's how bad it was). The price was exactly what was quoted online. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome and will definitely use this company again. Thank you Antonio, Mike, and Jacob. It's guys like you that help a company to stay successful.
