If you really want to sale home make sure you models are well put together and not just slapped together they look cheap. Makes you think after the are built then they are driven down the road what kind of shape will they be in then.

Don't buy from them. They say your house will be ready within some months and it's such a lie. Very bad communication. They leave you homeless and don't care at all. I would give them no stars at all, but I had to. We've been waiting for our house since May of last year. This is ridiculous and we still don't have a delivery date. They should've said that and give people a warning. I hope everyone sees this and make a better choice. It's for your own good and your family's.

I would highly encourage you to speak to the local retailer in Phoenix on the phone about this question. What your expected scope of work by "assembling" and what you may define as a modular home can mean many things. The Palm Harbor Village model center should be providing everything your lender requires.
Fleetwood brand homes are not sold here, Fleetwood and Palm Harbor homes are both part of the Cavco companies, however Only the Palm Harbor Homes are sold at the Medford Palm Harbor Village
Not that I know of, we were looking but we had a place that was burned in the almeda fire so we plan to return to the same park.
Well Palm Harbor Village in Phoenix Oregon does not have any property for sale they can put you in touch with communities that offer leased land or with Realtors who can sell you property.
