The work performed was 5 star quality.... The carpets are old and worn but have never looked better after a cleaning. Helder was polite and courteous, and he was determined; very successful in doing the best possible job of removing tough stains. There is no longer the lingering smell of "dog" in the house and we couldn't be happier with the results. My only suggestion is that it should be easier to reach customer service by phone. We live far from this vacation home and were concerned about the timing of the service given the initial 6 hour window. Everyone was helpful and the timing worked perfectly. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about the professional team that arrived exactly on time to clean my carpets. Both men were so courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and very hard workers. My carpets had several pet stains that I never thought would come out but Billy worked so diligently to make sure each one was gone! They cleaned deep cleaned our tile and put a grout sealer on that was lighter and made it look new. They did a beautiful job and we're so kind and friendly. They were on time and seemed eager to help in any way they could. When I asked for some of my furniture to be cleaned they said no problem. I said if it was going to send them over that I would do it next time and they said they would get it done and they absolutely did. I highly recommend them they do a great job
