Needed a set of brake brakes out on my brake less bmx bike frame and they were quick to help me with what I needed. They even made sure that they brakes would work properly before sending me out of the store with them. Definitely will return with any other bike needs

Due to the Covid-19 virus new bikes were scarce; however Providence Cycle in Warwick had a used Cannondale Synapse Disc 105 with an alloy frame (carbon forks and seat post). They were asking $1,200.00 for it, the condition was like new except for a few minor scratches and some sprocket/chain wear. The bike originally sold for about $1,600.00 in 2018; but would cost about $1,800.00 to buy a new 2020 model--if they were available. Over the coarse of a few days, I researched the bike on Google, YouTube, and numerous other sites, and determined that the Cannondale Synapse was the ideal bike for me. The price, although on the high end, was reasonable in a seller's market. Being a seller's market, Negotiating a lower price was not an option. I visited the store three times, before committing to a purchase. The salesman, James, was both kind and patient. He adjusted the bike before allowing me to test it out, and had the bike prepped during purchase. The bike mechanic accompanied me outside and instructed me on the proper use of derailers. All things considered, dealing with Providence Cycle was a positive experience. Comparitively, NBX cycle in Warwick was an odd experience. The staff a NBX would not allow me in the showroom, and would merely describe the one bike they had available in my size. Being a seller's market, neither shop exerted much effort in trying to secure a sale which would likely generate future sales during a buyer's market. In any event, Providence Cycle will be my first choice. Thanks James.

Sales guy did not have any patients told him my budget was about $300 maybe more shows me bikes that cost about $200 that need work way over priced then attends another guy and lets him test ride a bike after him telling me many times I can not test ride a bike looks to me like the guy was just being racist. Short guy with glasses. Definitely not going back

It is a full service shop but if you have any doubt call them. They do excellent work, I get all my tunes and repairs there.
