These guys are great. I use the rentals all the time. I've only had one problem with a machine and they got a repair tech out to the job in 30 minutes. Same machine had a problem 2 more times and they credited me for my time lost. Job got done at the end of the day and the customer was happy as was I. Good knowledgeable guys on the floor and a good manager. Business done right. I'll be going back for sure.

True Value has a good selection of the most needed items for general homeowner's jobs. John, manning the isles in the back of the store is so helpful, knowledgeable, and affable, that I hate to disappoint him when the store doesn't have what I am looking for. (Which is rare.) All the staff is helpful, and the store is well staffed. Multiple checkouts are open throughout the day. Country True Value is SO MUCH BETTER than big box alternatives if you have a question or need advice. Keep the local independents in business. Shop here, buy here. Five stars from a long time satisfied customer.
