I just have to sayThat this McDonald's Location is the best in the area!! Very clean, super organized and nothing but excellent customer service, even while very busy. I am a delivery driver, so I am basing my review on not one, but many visits. The team works so well together! Shout out to Martha and ALL of the staff here!!!! Thank you!

Around 2 pm today, we ended up canceling our drive-through order and leaving. The woman taking orders at that time would benefit from a bit of customer service training. She shouldn't take it personal if the customer tells her the order on the screen is wrong, particularly after asking the customer if the order was correct. That shouldn't trigger her into trying to coach the customer, actually huffing and puffing through the intercom, and arguing that it was the customer's fault. She was still yelling through the intercom as we drive away. If she was having a bad day and this isn't typical of her, you can disregard our comments but if you've had other complaints, it is time for better training.

Come on guys… really? We order two chicken nugget happy meals for two kiddos and bring them home to eat only to open them up and find French fries, apple slices and a toy but no chicken nuggets in either happy meal. Is it really that hard?

This McDonald's used to be real good and everything but recently they just haven't been the same. Every time I go there they never have any orange juice or any beverages. I recently just went there and they have no fountain drinks whatsoever. That's not okay and it's all the time

If you have a receipt. You must call the manager in charge. They will look at the camera to ensure the item was not given to you. Then they will refund you or send you a voucher for the same item you did not receive. This happens all the time. They are super busy with business or talking to one another, that they don't pay full detail attention to each order. That is why keeping a receipt is always a good idea for any restaurant.
Horrible management and hires lazy staff. They don't value or reward the good staff that they do have, so they come and go fast. Now they have to borrow other franchise workers from other locations. Re-hires need to happen or its going to continue to go downhill.
