Great selection with a friendly and helpful staff. When their supplier hadnt gotten a shipment to them in time and they had temporarily run out of my dog's brand of raw food, they didnt even hesitate to point me to a place that might have some, rather than try and make me wait and come back. That attitude of making sure my animals are taken care of rather than chasing a sale goes a long way with me, i came back the next week and bought more dog food (so id have a reserve) just on principle.

The experience was alot different than the last time we went. They had less of a variety of birds, snakes and fish but I'm sure that's all due to covid. I always love taking my children there and I enjoy going there. When you first get there you get to purchase food to feed the fish in the homemade pond they have. It's always nice getting to see the exotic pets.

They have everything you need including specialty treats & foods instead of all the mass store brands that most chain pet stores have. Their aquarium department is impressive and the waterfall pond at the main entrance is impressive! I have shopped here and at the Claremont location and the staff at both are friendly and attentive, check them out!

They stopped having puppies and kittens about 10 years ago because it contributed to puppy/kitten mills. Try the shelter in Enfield off exit 15... they almost always have them!
Yes they sell African and South American cichlids.
Right now they have black bunnies and light brown bunnies. I'm not sure if the black ones are for sale yet. They're $49.99 each.
Usually there are lovebirds, parakeets and finches available at all times. Sometimes, they'll also have larger parakeets like cockatiels, conures and Indian ring parakeets, or even parrots!

They do have a huge selection and when my husband and I were in there about a month ago they had them for $19.99 and if you don't have the correct "habitat" for your new friend.....they usually have starter setups for different prices depending on what you want to spend.

No they do not. Animals purchased there come with their first set of shots, but they do not sell puppies, just small cage animals, such as chinchillas, ferrets, bunnies, and guinea pigs.
