Like Beckey who was ecstatic about her new fridge in a previous review, we are ecstatic with our "new to us" stove and I assure you, it is no exaggeration. Since my husband has been pleased at getting just the right part for repairs of our sturdy but old washer and dryer, from American Appliance, we went straight to them for a replacement stove. From start to finish, they had all the angles covered and it made the experience a pleasure. Rock, our customer service rep and the GREAT selection and prices made it easy to find a stove we both loved. I've had a glass top stove before and much prefer the coil burners. It was quickly delivered by Emmitt and Mike who were very careful of doors and walls. They put in a 3 prong plug, when they saw our older home's 3 prong outlet. (The newer stoves and homes have 4 prongs) Before they left, they tested the burners, and oven, and set the correct time and hauled away the old stove with a smile. Run, don't walk, to American Appliance next time you need anything for parts or appliances; you'll be glad you did!

As always when ever we need a new large appliance we think of American first. We have been outfitting many homes for at least the last twenty years. They are always professional, and you can't beat their price or service. We purchased a new"used” refrigerator this time and they had the exact one I wanted, delivery was the day after purchase and the delivery men were so nice plus they hooked up the ice maker. We will always make American our first stop in replacing appliances and repairs. Thanks guys !

Great service! Was referred by the repair tech who could not fix an old fridge. He recommended American Appliance and told me that they had product in stock and ready for delivery. I had looked at the "big box" stores and many refrigerators were not available until July! Well, they did have both new and used available and ready. Tiffany handled my order and was awesome. She told me she would send photos and five minutes later, she did! Wow, someone actually followed up! Rare these days. She texted me and kept me informed and they ended up delivering the new fridge a day early! It was only a 2 day wait to start, but they ended up delivering the next day. Really great experience all the way around. Thank you!
